Delicious Almond Cheese recipe.
1 1/2 cups of Almond meal flour
1/2 cup of cold water
1/4 cup of Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 large clove of garlic peeled crushed.
1 teaspoon of salt
Place all ingredient in blender and blend until smooth and pastie. Pour mixture into cheesecloth bag, twist top tightly and secure with band then squeeze excess liquid out. Place bag in fridge for up to 10 to 12 hours. Take cheese mixture from fridge unwrap from bag and shape into an Camembert shape pre-heat oven to 180ºC = 350ºF - bake for 40 minutes the cheese will go a nice light golden brown (do not over cook).
Remove from oven and let cool, place in fridge for 2 to 3 hours to set.
Serve with a garnish dip of, (mix all) tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, 4 white cocktail pickled onions chopped finely, teaspoon of pickle vinegar, sprinkle of black pepper, dash of mustard oil.
